Ich vermiete meine 75 qm große, liebevoll eingerichtete 3-Zimmer-Wohnung für einen begrenzten Zeitraum zur Zwischenmiete.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und eignet sich perfekt für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar. Sie verfügt über ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, ein separates Schlafzimmer sowie ein Arbeitszimmer (dadurch auch ideal für Homeoffice).
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Sie hat eine Spülmaschine, Airfryer, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine (und natürlich Kühlschrank und Herd).
Im Wohnzimmer sind neben einem Esstisch auch ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa und ein Smart-TV vorhanden.
Das Schlafzimmer bietet einen Kleiderschrank und ein bequemes 140cm Bett und im separaten Arbeitszimmer ist ein Schreibtisch.
Das Bad hat außerdem eine Badewanne. Und ein Balkon ist von der Küche ausgehend auch noch vorhanden!
Du musst eigentlich nur deine persönlichen Sachen mitbringen und kannst dich direkt zuhause fühlen.
Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten, sowie Internet, Strom und Wasser enthalten.
Lage:
Die Lage der Wohnung ist eigentlich kaum zu überbieten! Sie liegt knapp 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt, in die Innenstadt kommt man zu Fuß in unter 10 Minuten, zur Uni ebenfalls.
Die Buslinien 170, 300, 500 und 700 halten direkt vor der Tür und die Bahnlinien 10 und 17 auch.
5 Gehminuten entfernt kommt man zusätzlich zu den Bahnlinien 4, 5, 6 und 11.
Trotz der extrem zentralen Lage, ist die Gegend sehr ruhig und es in der Wohnung daher sehr entspannt.

I’m subletting my 75 sqm, lovingly furnished 3-room apartment for a limited period of time.
The apartment is fully furnished and perfect for a single person or a couple. It features a cozy living room, a separate bedroom, and a home office, making it ideal for working from home.
My apartment is fully equipped and ready to move into. The kitchen comes with everything you need (and more), including a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave and washing machine (and obviously a fridge and stove).
The living room features a dining table, a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, and a Smart TV. The bedroom has a wardrobe and a comfortable 140 cm-wide bed, while the home office is equipped with a desk.
The bathroom also has a bathtub. There is also a balcony accessible from the kitchen, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.
All you need to bring are your personal belongings, and you can feel right at home from day one.
All additional costs, including internet, electricity, and water, are included in the rent.
The location couldn’t be more convenient!
The apartment is located less than a 5-minute walk from the Old Town, while the city center and the university are both less than a 10-minute walk away.
Several bus lines — 170, 300, 500, and 700 — stop directly in front of the building. The tram lines 10 and 17 are also just outside the door. Additionally, tram lines 4, 5, 6, and 11 can be reached within a 5-minute walk.
Despite being in such a central location, the neighborhood is surprisingly quiet, making the apartment a very peaceful and relaxing place to live.
